Neuroscience has achieved two things so far in our field, I would say in a scientific and spectacular way. They have served as reference frameworks and authoritative sources for all those involved in leadership, whether as coaches, managers, consultants. They have a scientific framework to draw on evidence-based knowledge. So let's get away from everyone's subjective view of what needs to be done. The second is that to a very large extent they have confirmed evidence, positions and arguments of a very large part of the psychological science and cognitive psychology and behavioral science that we already knew. That is, things that had been proven by experimental and statistical research by psychological science, are confirmed through the conclusions of neuroscience \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We must shift the attention of modern leaders from achieving goals and results, based on numbers, to quality learning goals, that is, what our people need to develop to bring about the desired result.
