Charalambos Petras will coordinate a unique training event for management and leadership executives organized by Hellenic Society of Pharmaceutical Management titled: Navigating Self-Leadership in Challenging Times.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday, April 1st 2025, 09:30 – 16:30, in the OTEAcademy (Pelika & Sparta 1, Marousi – 15122).

What Self-Leadership Means

Self-leadership is defined as the ability to function responsibly, recognize and manage one's emotions, and make decisions with confidence. It is, in essence, an effective move to adapt to a challenge, such as managing change. Self-leadership is at the same time a skill that can be cultivated with the right tools and techniques.

Why this skill is important

In the ever-changing and demanding environment of the pharmaceutical market, self-leadership is key to successfully managing challenges and turning Change into Opportunity. The purpose of the event is to offer you the theoretical and practical tools that will help you manage each new challenge with confidence, methodicality and a positive perspective.

Learning structure and philosophy

Through live discussions and interactive sessions with General Managers and Directors, you will have the opportunity to understand exactly what self-leadership means and how it is successfully implemented in practice.

The training program includes two dynamic round tables, where leaders and senior executives of pharmaceutical companies will share their experiences and strategies regarding the implementation of self-leadership and goal-setting.
