During the session, the two persons harmonized. <strong>neurobiological, emotional and conceptual<\/strong>. While at the same time, through organizational resonance, personal development is associated with the achievement of the organization's goals. This harmonization determines the depth of awareness and the possibility of real movement.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00a0<strong>synthetic approach<\/strong>\u00a0It combines findings from neuroscientific research, the systemic view of the coaching relationship, and the emotional dimension of learning and development. Through this composition, the session emerges as a place of regulation, invitation and change.
